Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100.00 or more. That’s right, FREE. You know what you can get for $100.00 Tons of stuff, and then you proceed to checkout and pay nothing for shipping.**

** The majority of items sold on www.offthewalladventures.com will qualify for this free shipping offer. Unfortunately, there are a few exceptions because the carriers are super expensive to move items of oversized weight or dimensions like tanks, lead, hookahs, large dry boxes, large gear bags, longer spearguns, long fins, etc. Free shipping offer is for ground shipping (USPS, FEDEX or UPS) within the continental 48 United States only. Minimum purchase of $100.00 is calculated prior to any taxes (where applicable). If an item which was originally shipped free is returned, the original shipping amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items purchased through Amazon, PayPal and Google checkouts are not eligible for free shipping. The ground shipping cost for any of the exceptions will be clearly shown prior to checkout. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, pending credit card approval and availability of items in stock to ship. This special free shipping offer may expire at any time.

International Shipping

For international shipping, we will email an international shipping quote for approval prior to shipping your order. Please be advised that any customs, taxes, or duties may be charged directly to you upon entering the destination country. Once the shipping quote is approved, we will add the additional shipping charges on to your order and ship out the following business day. Shipping typically takes 6-10 business days, but can be delayed due to customs.

Expedited Shipping

For an additional charge, you can choose 2nd-Day or Next-Day Air. 2nd-Day Air guarantees delivery on the second business day after the order is shipped. Next-Day Air guarantees delivery the next business day after shipment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For in-stock items to ship the same day you order, the order must be submitted by 1:30 PM EST.

FREE SAME DAY Dockside Delivery

Dockside delivery is a same day delivery service available to our customers placing orders for delivery within 20 miles of our Lakeland, Florida location located at 2055 Shepherd Rd. Lakeland, FL. 33811. This service is available for orders over $1,000 where all items are in stock (in Lakeland) and the shipping address is in the delivery area. Orders must be placed by 12:30 PM Eastern Time in order to qualify for same day service. Orders placed after 12:30 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day…. But still will be FREE!!!

Amazon, PayPal and Google Checkout

Any items purchased using these checkout methods are not eligible for discounted shipping. Each system uses a different method of calculating shipping, and those methods will be used to determine the shipping charge for your purchase.

Simple Return Policy - Online and In-Store

To help you enjoy your time in, on, and around the water, we stand behind the products we sell. If you're not satisfied with your OTWA'S, please let us help you with a return, exchange or repairs.

Most items we sell can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, with original tags, packaging, and manuals along with your sales receipt.

The following items are subject to a 20% restocking fee:

Hookah diving systems, air compressors, and diving scooters all have motors. Like a new car that you drive off the lot, it is used and can’t be re-sold. Warranty returns need to go back to manufacturer for repairs.
Diving computers with logged dives
Camera and imaging equipment that has been removed from original packaging

The following items may not be returned or exchanged.

Bathing suits, mouth pieces, and snorkels are items of personal hygiene and for health reasons may not be returned once used or worn. Items that have never been worn or used in original packaging or with original tags attached are never a problem to return.
SCUBA cylinder sales are final. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on tanks.

To make it easy on you, items purchased in-store or online can be brought back to a store or mailed to our warehouse for exchange or refund. Buy it where you like and return it where you like.

How to Return or Exchange in a Store

Simply bring back your item in its original product packaging (tags attached for clothing) with proof of purchase to the customer service desk for return or exchange.

Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging and tags. (Tip: Re-use the bag or box your order came in. Be sure to cover all existing shipping labels!)

Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, Divers Direct is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Exchange an Item Online

Place a new order for the correct size that you need. If the item incurs shipping charges, call us at 1-863-709-9253 to place the order and we will waive shipping charges for the exchanged item.

Follow the instructions above to return the original item.
